Returns

Due to the nature of Oral care products, all items purchased from EZTeethbrush.com are non-returnable except in the case of manufacturer defect or damage. In the case of manufacturer defect, a replacement EZ Teethbrush will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Exceptions may be made for returns, if it is deemed that a return will be accepted the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs in addition to a 15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund minus return shipping costs in addition to the restocking fee after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will processes the shipment of a replacement EZ Teethbrush to you.
